Deliveries and Returns

All prints are shipped using FedEx Ground and are sent straight from the printing company. If you're in Tucson, I would also love to meet with you to thank you, shake your hand, and sign your print. Your Certificate of Authenticity is shipped separately and directly from me with my handwritten signature.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for printing plus 1 week for delivery. Due to possible supply chain and other issues, I cannot fully guarantee that exact time, though prints typically arrive within two to three weeks after project completion or print(s) ordered.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: full refund, up to one year, plus lifetime exchange for any same size, non-custom collage print; excludes shipping, booking, and scanning charges. I will replace any damaged item if it is returned within six weeks from the original purchase. I guarantee you will love your Custom Collage Art Prints and cherish them for many years, knowing you own something personally nostalgic, extraordinary, and rare.

For all returns and exchanges, customers must notify me by email to receive the address to ship the item they are returning directly to me. Immediately upon receiving their return, I will send a replacement item or issue a credit card refund. Customers must pay any shipping charges necessary to return their item(s). However, in the case of all exchanges, there will be no additional shipping charge for the customer's new item to arrive.

Booking and scanning charges are nonrefundable. Though you are welcome to reschedule at no additional cost, I only ask that you give at least a 24-hour notice.

Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a Custom Collage(s), you (the client) agree to allow me (the artist) to use your completed design(s) for marketing and advertising in both digital and print format, excluding all selected canvas and premium paper prints offered, which you (the client) are solely granted all rights to commission their printing through purchases made from me (the artist). I (the artist) retain sole ownership of the original and all full-sized digital image file(s); All rights of physical prints produced, excluding those I (the artist) print in a different format not offered, such as for an art portfolio on glossy inkjet photo paper or a display banner on vinyl, used for marketing and advertising, are to be exclusively granted to you (the client). As mentioned, you (the client) have complete control over the number of specific limited-edition prints produced.

You (the client) agree to allow me (the artist) to video/ screen record the artistic process of creating your Custom Collage design and use that recording to market and monetize my business on all social media platforms. I (the artist) agree not to share personal details verbally describing your design's intimate facts or underlining context without your explicit consent beforehand.

In addition, I (the artist) reserve the right to decline to create any design that goes outside my moral compass or for any possible reason, in which case, if not mentioned here, all charges will be refunded. Please know I will not create designs in the following themes or primary contexts: identity politics and politics of any kind, religion, military and law enforcement, criminal activity, or for business marketing and advertisements. With all respect, most anything else is open to your request.
