The radiant blue eye, grounded by the steady human heart, and the books bursting outward all point toward a powerful self-improvement practice you can start today: the Heart–Mind Check-In. Before making a big decision or starting your day, ask yourself two simple questions—"What does my mind already know?" and "What does my heart truly feel?"  When these answers work together instead of against each other, clarity rises, resistance softens, and your next aligned action becomes unmistakably clear.
